Telephone advice services

The aim of this consultation is to determine whether there is a need for the Legal Complaints Service to provide a dedicated telephone service, or other services, to assist solicitors in the prevention and resolution of complaints. This consultation also seeks to help us better understand the services we could provide to help complaints handling and complaints resolution by solicitors.
The consultation period ends 8 January 2007
